Flare has the big characteristic of favoring relaxation, especially around everyone else. His siblings being Speed & Crystal, he shares the same backstory as the two of them, just played a little differently because he didn't exactly evolve into what he wanted to be, but it won't kill his passion for his activities.

Our Flare's gonna need some fine calm aspect. He's quite happy most of the time, especially for our progression in the comic, (if we even made any, which we haven't), it's a good trait. This is kind of like Leaf's arrangement, only if Lazuli were two siblings. Vocal recommendation.. Baritone, almost Tenor, but mostly Baritone.
