Hayden is a 19 year-old who mysteriously shows up in BethEl as a spy for Lord Alderman. He has to appear innocent at first and then aggressive when he violently captures Rachel.

NOTE: The person cast as Hayden will also be expected to voice some minor roles with variations in tone. Please also audition for the Minor Male Roles.

Hi. You’re Rachel, right? You should join us for a workout today.
(threatening)
You shouldn’t have left, Rachel. You had a good life. You know that anyone who tries to leave never escapes, and for those who do try, it doesn't end well.
(creepy to violent)
I see why the boss likes you. It’s a shame I can’t keep you all to myself. I’d have my way with you, of course. And then I'd kill you!

I’m a published author of humour and horror short fiction, the owner of a film production company currently celebrating our 100th comedy sketch, a writer and producer on an upcoming TV series, the managing editor of a literary journal, and I’ve spent the past six years as a sketch, stand-up, and improv comedian.
