Raiko is the captain of squad 8 and is very much a gentleman. As one of the senior captains, he commands a respectful disposition and has a strong protective instinctive that comes into play of his zanpakuto use. He'll stand up for anyone who needs him and has a strong sense of right and wrong.
(Scene: the captain of squad 10 is attempting to casually mess with the head captain's head with playful wording and Raiko is having none of it)
"Hey! Stop messing with her head. (pause) if this is to be a big decision, then we are here to advise, not push her."
like your previous audio I mentioned, the voice sounds way too young and brash to be the character voice I'm looking for, plus I can hear some harsh peeking in the audio that was making it kinda painful to listen to
