Ryouta Fukui (pronounced Ree-owe-tah Foo-koo-wee), the Ultimate Sports Commentator, got into Hope's Peak after performing outstanding commentary for the Japanese National Rugby Team. He's really flirty, but can sometimes come off as perverted. He also claims to be pretty strong, offering to sacrifice his life for his true love. He has a deep voice.
