This is a really hard voice to choose, specially since there is no other reference for it that the "that's a wonderful idea!" voice clip from within the game. I'm looking for someone to sound like that, even though a cute and innocent younger approach wouldn't be too bad either. Have in mind that a voice filter and pitch change will be applied afterwards (you can add it yourself for the audition).
*innocent, high pitched voice* Howdy! I'm Flowey. Flowey the flower!
*monster-like voice* YOU IDIOT. IN THIS WORLD IT'S KILL OR BE KILLED.
*Actual voice* You think you're so clever, don't you? You managed to play by your own rules.
I'd like you to re-upload this without the effects. It sounds almost robotic, but the voice acting is good and I think the voice itself would sound good too with the correct amount of editing
hmm... I could try to update some of the effects. I was trying to get it as close to the original "That's a wonderful idea" line as possible.
Welp, apparently I didn't save the original, unedited audio. Guess I'll have to record again... =T
Sorry to hear that. And even though I see you were trying to get to that effect I personally think It won't be necessary for this. If you managed to get the same pitch without that effect, you're definitely one of the best options to pick.
honestly it sounds like gravity falls one and only Bill Cipher.
That's one of the reasons why I like it so much.
Hey. Came to check on the project, after hearing the auditions were being closed, and noticed how Flowey's is still open. Does that mean I could still have a chance at doing Flowey's voice?
