Tommy is the other (smarter) half of Andy’s brain cell and his best friend. He’s not as hot-blooded and easily riled up as Andy, being much more level-headed in comparison. 

Although he doesn't go out of his way to fight Avery as much as Andy does, he can’t resist getting involved in any scuffle between them- especially when it knocks Avery’s cocky attitude down a peg.

 I see his voice being very deep with a Brooklyn accent.
