Animation_Station for The Governor
"The Governor" is the dictator of Saneo City. Due to his significant role in forming the global economy of the future, he is allowed to run his city however he sees fit, with no objection from anyone on the outside. That is how Saneo City became such a dystopian society. A lot of his lines are going to be propaganda played over the PA system, but he will occasionally threaten the player over a screen. He also appears as the final boss in the game. I picture him sounding like Dr Breen from Half Life 2 or Zachary Comstock from BioShock Infinite, but feel free to try whatever voice you think would fit.
Remember: Free will is a thing of the past. Our society has moved past the need for such a thing. Why would you need to think for yourself when someone else could do it for you? With free will comes pain, suffering, and fear. Under my guidance, you are at peace.
Ah, Agent Laszlo. We meet at last. I've heard so much about you. Tell me, Agent, what gives you the right to break into MY city and stir up such a mess?
Remember: Federal Agent Winston Laszlo is no longer someone who should be treated with the respect of a government official. He surrendered that right when he joined the "Rebellion." If he wants to be part of the Rebellion, then he will be treated as such. In fact, there may even be a reward for the person who brings me his head.
