Eve Walker is the missing person Agent Laszlo is supposed to rescue. He later discovers that she is the Head of the Rebellion, and refuses to leave the city with him until the Governor has been overthrown. She is tough and cares a lot about the cause she fights for, but she is also very stubborn and reckless, often charging in without caution. She also helps the player through several combat sections, particularly the final battle. Her set of lines will not be quite as heavy as Thomas', because she is introduced later in the game. For reference, I picture her sounding like Serana from Skyrim, but feel free to try your own take on her voice if you think something else would suit her better.
