Katy Rogerson is the 'Ultimate Celebrity'. She has been in many TV shows and movies, even starring in her own movies, giving her the title of the 'Ultimate Celebrity'. Katy is, to put is frankly, a snobby rich girl. That's all she is. But, she is sweeter when you get to know her. She's kinda like a tsundere, except there is, like, a 1% chance she actually cares for you. But, for that 1%, she is probably sweeter than cookies. She also fears rejection, so she just doesn't ask anybody anything.
