M-TA would be fine to add fx to since he has a gas mask.
M-TA is the main villain of the story who is very authoritarian. Despite the mixed ratings of the game, M-TA is inspired by "Infinite" from "Sonic Forces" along with a real mask I own. Anything from edgy, to serious villain, to heavy metal voice would do.
(In Game Sounds) (Attack) "Obey! Take this! Surrender!"
(Hurt) "Guh! Hack!"
(Die/Fall) "Ggaaaaaa!!"
(Start) "When you fail, you'll all see the justice of my authority!"
(Cutscene) "It's those like you who promise safety with destructive tools. It has brought all of us to our limits. Many of you don't realize the power these posses, so it's safest you let *us* keep these by trusting *our* authority."
"You are strong willed, but this was merely where I expected you to arrive. While you were busy attacking our forces, I've went ahead and prepared to transport your precious power supply."(Cutscene) "I'm impressed by your determination, but you're too late. Hmmm, your execution was rather pathetic for robots... I'm always one step ahead of you, and then.. I will be granted my authority.."
