Chelsy is very shy and tends to stutter often. Because of the events of her past, Chelsy cannot talk to someone properly without being reminded of those dreadful events. He story is based off of Little Red Riding Hood.
She should have a high pitched, nervous sounding voice. A mouse describes it as "a tiny, weird voice". Also, don't stutter unless it's like "U-umm..." She's more likely to stutter when you first start talking to her than later on in the conversation. Also, she can't stutter in a notebook scrap because m-most p-people d-don't wr-write l-like th-this in a n-notebook.

*more confident compared to other two lines, this is on a notebook scrap* My mother has a very weak body. So I do the cooking, washing, and other chores instead of her. My father isn't home much. Sometimes he brings home a wolf or a deer. I want to go to school, but I love Mother, so I always stay at home with her.
If you need medicine, there's some in the room over... But the stomach medicine needs to be mixed first. What was it... The first color goes, the second color yields, the third color stops. That's what grandma said. And that it refers to... something.
