Who he is:This lovely cat is a clown from a show called " Borky and Friend's " a show for kid's were the mascot teach'es kid's about  animal's or sometime's they would swap part's of the show to teach kid's history or fiction and this cat character was the jokester of the gang.But now he rot's in a old studio because the place was bankrupt and left abandon now he look's for revenge for the one's who though his pain was funny so he can show them how it felt being him by dropping a anvil on his head for example!

How he sound's:He should NOT sound like a robot he is a costume if anything thing he should sound like a young boy who has lost his mind and slightly goofy but should mostly be a young child.
