Catwoman should sound flirty towards Batman/Bruce Wayne but also dangerous and deadly, just like cat can be playful and aggressive. Her relationship with Batman is complicated, she feels love for him but can't really show it and when she do, it's also a problem from Batman stand point, where he's affraid to show his emotions towards her.I recommend checking her voice by Grey DeLisle, she plays Catwoman in Arkham games, to see what I mean.

  •  "I know there's something about me you want. I can tell. You go all rigid when I'm around" "Let's do it. Right now. Take off the masks, no secrets." (flirty but also showing true love towards Batman) "Happy Valentine's Day" (sad after cold response from Batman)
