E-LO is a very upbeat and somewhat goofy sounding character. E-LO will occasionally sound like an attempted opera singer. Most specifically, I imagine her voice is similar to Wayward from "Wayward's House" but less witch like. Other similar voices would be Pinkie Pie from MLPFiM, or Unikitty except maybe a tad older.
(In Game) (Attack) "Hitaaaaa! Tuuuurya! Harararara!"
(Hurt) "Kyaaaa! Hnnngah!"
(Jump) "Yipee! Hopop! Hururu!"
(Die/Fall) "Kkkktzz... Gueh..."
(Checkpoint) "Checkapointa!"
(Start) "Alrightiiie!!"
(Cutscene) "I'll be late for the Festival if I don't hurry!"
"Welcome everyone to this year's celebraaaaaation! Now presentiiiiing- ...Eh?"
"This was a setup!? We're too late!"
(Cutscene) [sad] "Well.. what do we do now?.."
"Oh riiight! We can start the festival agaaaain!"
