Penelope's Familiar

Phoebe is a human girl who gets summoned by a witch to be her familiar. She has the tendency to space out or sometimes say odd things. Most of the time, though, she's really quiet. Her voice is a neutral tone. It's lower than Penelope's, but higher than a character like Natalia.
[Frantic, trying to make sense of her new situation.] “You think.. I’m your familiar..? This has gotta be some kind of mistake, I… My home! I was walking home! Witch girl- I mean Penelope, please! You’ve gotta take me back home!”
[Reading, but as she reads on she becomes more concerned] "Hm. Let’s see what this says.. e-eH? After the third day, the bonding period between a familiar is completed, and they’re permanently attached to their summoner?!"
[Joking tone, teasing her friend] “Either I’m just that hungry.. Or you eat really slow..." [Pause] “I’m just teasing you! Ahaha!”
