Male, 30 years old; A war veteran and close friend of General Andrew Carter. He's a specialist in both hand-to-hand combat and espionage, and was originally contracted as a mercenary before becoming close friends with Andrew once the war they both fought in was over. His true identity is secret, going by the name "Jared" to keep hidden.
Voice Guide: He's tough and strong willed, but never likes to raise his voice. He is very, very smart in field skills.

(talking about his past) I am not someone who you can easily get along with. It's not that I don't try to work with those who hire me, it mostly comes down to that I very rarely settle down somewhere. I constantly move from place to place, job to job, so unless you're willing to move along with me then we won't get to know each other very long.
(teaching) There are a few ways you can take down your enemy in effective ways. Firing at everyone is one option, while you could also target specific weak spots. However, I've found the best technique is to slowly destroy them from the inside, where they don't even realize they're being attacked until it's too late.
