Honestly, I'm no longer sure about the path I've chosen for this character. So you can either choose one of the two: a deep voice, or a cutesy voice.
If you're going for the deep voice, I suggest you to try and sound like a fatherly figure. Despite his personality, Mononeko's voice should be somewhat soothing and comforting (for all the pain the player will go through XD)

If you're going for the cute voice, try and do it as high-pitched as possible. Mononeko's voice in this case will reflect the opposite side of his impure personality. Its voice should be more girly than Monokuma's, like a child perhaps.
