Papyrus is the brother of Sans and a major character in Undertale. His main motive is to capture a human so he can become a member of the Royal Guard, and finally have friends and popularity.
His voice is a very high pitched voice, demanding attention. He likes to sound very royal as well.

*Sound fed up* IT'S BEEN EIGHT DAYS AND YOU STILL HAVEN'T... RE-CALIBRATED. YOUR. PUZZLES! YOU JUST HANG AROUND OUTSIDE YOUR STATION! WHAT ARE YOU EVEN DOING?!?
