Jay is your "Ladies Man" He flirts, a lot, almost to the point where it's not normal. He has commitment issues so he really never had a proper girlfriend, but besides his flirty side he does work for the goverment but is the person trying lead the group to the suspect. Kinda like a detective but more important. But Jay does have some combat skills so don't underestimate him.
