August is a gay prince from the kingdom where the story is taking place. Sapphia and him have been best-friends since they were children. August has a more shy personality and keeps a more regal appearance. He is hard-working and wants to do the most good he can when he becomes king. However that doesn't stop him from helping with Sapphia's many schemes. 

  • "I need to prove to him that I’m worthy of the crown. Then when I’m king, I can finally fix everything."

  • "This is just the persona she puts on to appease them… there she is." (Speaking about his best-friend)

  • (to himself) "Who are you? Apparently she became a witch… and a menace to society. She’s wanted in 27 kingdoms."
