Asgore is the king of the underground. His voice should be deep, regal, and kind. When he's angry I imagine his voice would take on a growl-like nature.
"Hm? Is someone there? Give me a moment, I’m just attending to these flowers. (pause) Now, what was- oh. It… It’s you. (pause) Well, I knew this would be coming eventually. I just.. Didn’t think you’d be here so soon. (pause) I’m so tempted to offer you a cup of tea.. (nervous chuckle)"
(serious, reflective) "This is the barrier; what keeps us all trapped down here. (pause) To think, just a simple change of events and all this could have been avoided…"
(he just got hit)"Gah! (snarls) There is no stopping this! Your race shall pay for what you took away from me and my people! We want justice!"
