I need a 3D model and character designer who is familiar with the 3D animating Program known as Source Filmmaker. They will be tasked with creating any 3D models and 3D characters that are needed for the project which I currently do not have access to. The models and characters will have to be compatible with and be easily portable into the Source Filmmaker engine.
While Blender is the preferred 3D Modelling program compatible with Source Filmmaker, you will not be restricted to using only that program if there is another 3D modeling program that you are already familiar with and comfortable with using.

The Source Filmmaker Beta (2012) is a powerful tool that works with the Source engine to create a flexible, modifiable 3D recording that can be exported as a movie or as a still image. The 3D recording you create in SFM can contain recorded gameplay, objects, cameras, lights, particles, animations, effects, and sounds—and the motion information for how each element changes over time.
Source Filmmaker is the movie-making tool built and used by Valve to make movies inside the Source game engine. It's how we've been making all of our animated short movies. By using the hardware rendering of a modern PC gaming machine, SFM allows storytellers to work in a "what you see is what you get" environment so that they can iterate in the context of what it will feel like for the final audience.

Old Cyborg Darth Maul (Weathered Version) - (As seen in Star Wars: Rebels or your own interpretation based on the source material.)
To demonstrate a passage of time, and the costs of traveling the vasts harsh sandy terrain of Korriban, this Old Cyborg Darth Maul character model must have a Korriban themed appearance. It must appear to be not only scruffed up as if coated with sand and dust but also has chunks taken out of its mechanical legs.
