Seiko is Hanako's love interest. He's the genderbent version of Ali's OC. He would kill any good person but also any bad person. He can burn things that he touches, and is a fiery demon. His voice is medium, but a bit deeper. It changes depending on his mood. He doesn't talk much, but he's still an important character.
