Okano is a very optimistic person. He has a soft personality and greatly dislikes violence. He will do anything to protect his peers. He is also very generous and nice, and can't hold grudges. He has a somewhat low voice, slow talking and medium-pitched voice. He, his voice is very low, yet extinguishable. Kinda breathy, too. He tries his best to stay positive. Even when he gets angry, it's like he's pleading for something. He never sounds negative.
