Description: Rain is in her final year of Middle School. River's younger sister and Charity's new best friend. She introduces Charity to a bunch of very high class bars in town, against her older brother's wishes. Later on in the story, she ends up kinapped, raped and tortured. She ends up pregnant in the end, but she doesn't know what to do about the child inside of her.

Personality: Rain is much bolder than her older brother, River. It is this very same boldness that causes her misery. People very often take her for a slut, but really she just simply lacks respect for herself. This is clearly shown in her desperate state of mind when she tries to get more intimate with her older brother than need be. After River rejects her advances, she tries to kill herself. It is River who ends up getting stabbed in the process of trying to stop his younger sister from killing herself.
