Claire is Fira's "daughter". Also a fairy, she was meant to follow Fira's footsteps, but she took a completely different route. Instead, she ends up befriending Elena, and ends up doing more good then harm. Making Fira disown her. Even though Claire hates Fira, she still wants to earn her mother's love. Which makes Claire feel pulled in many situations.

I imagine her with a cute, teen girl voice.
