Ineptitude Peak is in his late 20's. He is a down on his luck magical cleaning supplies salesman. Though he tries hard he lacks the intelligence and malice to sell any of his poor quality and often faulty goods.
(When asked why would someone want sentient soap with hesitation he replies) -

Oh! watch out! the dusters coming back, it never can manage a smooth landing.
