Shes sort of a shy girl, shes kind of hesitant when she speaks, not really a stutter but hesitant none the less, i don't know how else to describe it. Her voice is higher then your average girls voice, but not too high, feel free to do multiple versions one after another in the same recording, or you can do 1 version that's fine too, whatever works for you!
(Shy, refer to characteristics for all these voice lines) "Hello, im Kiyoko... um, I just moved from Kyoto... nice to meet you."

it was good, the last voice line seemed a little flat(yeah i know its her whispering to herself but i feel like its missing something still), so i think thats something to work on, over all it was pretty good, a small amount of background noise, but not enough to be really distracting.
I feel like you kept it really nervous and it makes sense with the character, but you need to put a little more emotion into the words, it sounds like you're just saying them for the sake of saying them at this point.
