An evil mastermind, mad scientist and Alita's archnemesis, Desty Nova is the true villain of the story. Thrown out of his city of Zalem, Nova is known for his vile experimentation on cyborgs and people alike. Much of his creations became foes for Alita as the story progresses. Accompanied by his servants, his love of flan and insane nature, his twists and turn prove a difficult struggle for Alita and her allies.
