This is probably the most challenging one. The king is formal sounding and would probably have an accent i leave that up to you to experiment. If you dont want to go the accent path then a voice like alucard from hellsing is pretty close. He is selfish and is the quite type. He has one line in the video. it is the most important as its the last thing you hear in the video and is to build suspense. He doesn't sound nice, probably a lower tone of voice as well.
