Dastan is our main protagonist, and very much the focus of the series. In Transcendent, he leaves the comfort of his home pack and travels across the world, seeing what has become of it in it's current post- apocalyptic state. He is travelling to find an old library, and in doing so, restore the missing history of the world. His love interest is an alpha wolf named Seth,  who left the confines of his own pack to discover the beauty in the world.  Dastan, like his other friends, is the reincarnation of a god in their religion. Dastan is the King, a god of time. Most of the wolves are unaware of this, but Dastan is one of the very few who unlocks some of his abilities early on. He is a very logical character, who uses his intelligence for 99% of every decision he makes. He overanalyses everything, is rash at times and can be blunt. He's stubborn, and tends to hyperfocus, and forgets to slow down a lot. He is also very loyal, and once he has someone slow him down and make him take a deep breath, Dastan can be a very good ally and teammate. He has terrible sight, and is often depicted in his mortal form as wearing glasses. (Their god forms will be seen once in a while but for the most part the series focuses on them as wolves.)

In terms of voice, I believe I'm looking for something a little higher in the masculine range,  however, I'm open to anything!
