Oku Nomura (Oh-koo noh-murh-ah) is the Qualified Youth Make-up artist. He appears as this tough guy, hiding his true feelings behind a bunch of profanity and being a bit of a pushover. Once you get to know him, though, there's more underneath the tough guy persona. After all, he does make-up....

I'd want his tone to be somewhat rough and a medium or deep pitch, but able to go a bit higher up when flustered. I'd say Kaito Momota as a reference, but feel free to get creative with it!
