Kogo is a very, very shy person, which makes him a very juicy target for bullying (especially Taniko). He has a slightly high-pitched, childish voice. He is mostly shy but he can also get mad sometimes and, beside that, he also gets sad (a lot of times). He has a low tone, sometimes barely audible.
