Arch is Ashly's father, as well as the creator of the 3 stones. (Potentia, Galaxia, and Etherna) He is one of the main antagonists. Instead of him being "evil", he is actually holy, and has the power of God himself. Even those his intentions are not evil, he causes mass chaos, giving the main characters' only one option: To defeat him.

I imagine with a deep, "majestic" voice.
