Chairman Rose is the president of tech conglomerate Macro Cosmos, and is the chairman of the Pokemon League - he effectively runs the Galar Region, and his obsession for bettering the region has brought the land in a state of turmoil. However, the ordinary population of the region aren't aware of his sinister scheming - they believe he's just a charismatic entertainer.

You really need to either reduce the sensitivity of your mic or record with your voice further away from your mic in order to prevent your audio from clipping. If you can't fix anything else, you need to at least make sure your auditions don't have clipping in them - that will pretty much guarantee a rejection. Also, if you're using a headset or your phone to record, that is unacceptable in voice acting. Ideally you'd want an XLR microphone and audio interface, or at least a USB microphone if you're a beginner. I hope you don't take this too harshly. I understand that at your age, it's unlikely you'd have the cash lying around to buy better equipment, but you can always fix your recording technique, starting by taking the feedback at the top of my comment. And hey, the fact that you started and have submitted auditions is a good first step. Keep trying, and learn as you go.
