Minami proves herself worthy of a place within New Japan Women's Pro-Wrestling via the unconventional route of crashing the New Japan headquarters and rapidly submitting the existing rookies one after another, her win streak ending only when she is defeated by Mighty Yukiko. Nevertheless, the management is impressed by her skills and allow her to join. 

She is currently training partners and tag team partners with Juri Sanada, another master of submission based wrestling. She is no-nonsense, straight forward, and always focused on winning. Whether her opponents are able to walk out of the ring afterward or not.
