The psychotic bear obsessed with despair. He constantly wants these teens to kill eachother for his own sadistic amusement. He's also the self proclaimed principal of Hopes Peak Academy, and will often use violence when people make him angry enough. In the comics he does show that he will follow his own rules, even if the students use them against him. He also will be an asshole to the students for no other reason than he thinks it's funny.

The voice should be high pitched and cheery.
