Dharm is an ex-bandit who lives in the remains of Gharu Village, an old bandit's village abandoned by everyone apart from a small faction of people opposing the newly established Bandit Kingdom.

He should sound quite sly, however also quite polite and well-spoken. He prides himself on being everything the bandits aren't: bandits are rowdy, disorderly ruffians, so Dharm behaves politely, however he is also capable of being dead serious. His voice should reflect this.
