A Silver Fox raised in the Rainforest District by Juliette Loris, District Representative and fierce Pro-Taming Collar advocate,  Frederick is a far cry from his more well-known descendant.  Having grown up instilled with his mother's ideals of fairness and decency, he strives to make sure Predators like him no longer live in a world where they're treated like dangerous animals.
