Barbara is a 36 years old female from Germany. She thirsts for others' recognition so is easily excited when praised even a little. She is an eccentric inventor but no one recognized her talents.
Acts as an adult figure and parent for a lot of the characters, even those that are relatively older.

Your voice does not need to sound the same as her English, Japanese, or Korean versions long as you can portray the character well.
(angry) You make ONE mistake and this is what happens!
(narrating) The anaesthetic stung as it went in so I said “ah that stings”, and the last thing I heard was “whoops that wasn’t supposed to hurt” before I drifted off.
(exasperated) Sweet Christ, Silvia, you have all the subtlety of a hand grenade.
Thanks for the audition! Both the accented and unaccented versions are very good although I wasn't too worried about getting accents correct. I have to say though, I really like the accented version.
