Adam is a vengeful and leader of the White Fang. Adam had also proven to be highly ambitious. He takes his cause and the lives of his underlings seriously, but at times he secretly can be calm and kind to a minimum amount of people as he was one of the people in the White Fang, who actually cared about Banon. He is also a leader who would do anything that is neccesary to ensure his people's safty. He isn't as obessive and sadistic as he was thanks to a few interactions he had with others in the past but he still wants to forcefully change the rules of faunus and humans for the better. At times he can be a little lost and fragmented to the point where he questions himself at times(it will be shown in the Salem Saga)

For too long they have lived in determind ignorant of what our people have suffered through. All so that they could live in their comfortable dreams, that all is right between our species. As if they haven't wronged us......
I have and burdened my own pain, High leader. But what I can not, and will not live with, is all the pain of countless others who are still used and Absued by these animals. You took control of the White Fang to put an end to that!They did wrong us, and we can win this war. Because they are fragmented and we are united. They are alone. We are not.
We have seen and felt what they had done to our people and we know that they will not change easily. They already fear us and for good reason. We are better than them. We can live on land and as well as the water. We are stronger than them, faster than them. We are more close to them. We. are. them!....and far much more. And that is why they fear us. And I pity them, as a man pities a frightened child. Our attacks are our first move in ending this conflict. Just because I pity them, doesn't mean that they shouldn't go unpunished. We will decimate their ivory kingdoms as they have laid waste to our families, and as they scramble to regain their power, the Faunus shall already risen to reclaim it.
(looks down in guilt) I'm sorry Sienna...….but.....you have given up your throne. They gave me mine...…... (sighs) I wish things could have been different...…

It is People like your family only made use of a race that was already dying, secretly put them into slavery for years and then selling some of them into experimentation! It is people like your family that had ensured the Faunus never get a promotion! It is people like your family that called us animals! It is people like your family had US BEATEN! IT IS PEOPLE LIKE YOUR FATHER THAT DID THIS TO CHILDREN, LET ALONE A SIX YEAR OLD!
