Named after Lt. Colonel Henry Blake from MASH. Life long military man. Failed his way upward in the ranks. He's a yesman. He's an incompetent manager who likes to use jargon and tow the line even when it's obviously unrealistic or impossibly positive. This piece of cake post is his reward for his years of service. Wears his uniform complete with patches and medals.
