Shiho is one of two alternate personalities. Her personality switches when she sees a full moon, even if its just a picture of it. Shiho is the dominant personality, and is aware of everything that occurs when Shirō is in control of her body.

Shiho is more playful and amorous, deriving enjoyment from being perverse. She often tries to seduce Asahi which triggers his frequent nose bleeds. She appears in episode 3 and her other personality doesn't show up for most of the series. She makes her first appearance in episode 6.
