Numbskill for Julius Cailin
Cailin is both a genius in manipulating anomalous powers, and a sociopath with little to no regard for sentient life. This character spends most of his time watching and hunting the protagonist through his journey. I'd like his voice to give a sense of cold, and decisive unease. If you are unable to create a robotic effect for the voice, I"ll do it for you.
(This is a long term role)
(Informative) “Under normal circumstances, my proxies would have completed this mission long ago... but it seems these are far from normal circumstances. I’m assigning you all to hunt down and capture the designated target ALIVE. You will be provided with some of the finest equipment I have to offer, alongside suitable compensation for your efforts. I do not have to remind you the urgency of this operation, so I expect nothing but your best work. I’ll be watching. Do not disappoint me.”
(Boasting slowly shifting to threatening) “You severely misunderstand the situation. Do you realize what you’re facing? The odds your against? You’re an individual, a single number in my equation. It doesn’t matter whether you cooperate or resist. I will get what I want... I always do.”
(Frustrates/tantrum like) “No no NO! This is unacceptable! I can’t fail now, I won’t allow it!”
