Sweetheart Annie is cute, innocent, and always followed by her equally cute, but not quite as innocent, bear Tibbers.  She wants nothing more than to spread love and friendship every Valentine's Day, though being a child, she'll never turn down some candy if she finds some.

She is roughly 6-8 years old and very playful. Despite her age, she has powerful (and dangerous) fire magic, but she never means to hurt anyone; she's only playing, after all.
