Ralsei is one of the deuteragonists of Deltarune as the "Prince from the Dark" Hero of Light, as foretold in the Prophecy.
He is a kind-hearted, cutesy, although naive Darkner. Unlike Susie, he hates violence and prefers to solve most conflicts with pacifism. He provides the Prophecy and is very stubborn when it comes to it.
I imagine his voice more on the soft spoken side, and in the medium pitch range. An english accent is optional.
(Ralsei is standing infront of the castle, waiting for Kris and Susie. They arrive at the front of the castle. There should be confidence in his voice, but it should also contain an air of nervousness.)
Welcome, heroes...! Do not be alarmed... I am not your enemy. Please come forward, both of you... Welcome. I am the Prince of this Kingdom.... The Kingdom of Darkness.
(Ralsei just explained the entire prophecy to Kris and Susie. Susie expresses deep indifference to the entire prophecy. Ralsei's tone should start flustered, and be slowly overtaken by anxiousness.)
W... what? B-but Susie, without you, the... The world will... Susie... Wait!
(The trio recently fought a big enemy[K. Round] that can only be defeated by bowing. Susie only hit the enemy with her ax and made the enemy tougher to deal with. Ralsei and Kris successfully defeat it. Ralsei's tone should be blunt, but still retain his gentle nature.)
Ummm, Susie...? Not to downplay your contributions, but... You... didn't actually help at all. You only made everything worse by attacking it. If you had just acted nice to it in the first place... We could have avoided that entire battle.
