Hikaru personality: He is very cunning, being able to provoke reactions from his brothers with only a few simple questions. He has a very sly nature. He is able to get what he wants though harmless manipulation. 


 Voice: Well it has to be light and twisted. A bit hit pitched like Todd Haberkorn but not over high pitch like twisted and a light boy voice, sorta have to try and sound similar to that of a girl
