Rycan is Saru's twin brother. 

Unlike Saru, Rycan aspires to become a Paladin, idolizing them. He is very mild mannered, well spoken and wishes for the rules to be followed at all times.

He should sound calm, as a reflection of this. Also, he may sound somewhat passive-aggressive at times.
