Hes like regular old Hanako except hes the Phantom.  The Phantom is nice and kind, But when it comes to you hurting Nene. He will not hesitate to strike you down. I want you to sounds similar to Justin briner, But more closer to the Japanese dub of Hanako.  Give him that teen aspect of  a voice.
