An American narrator needed for 50-60k words books, at least 50 books in order, with possibly exponentially bigger numbers coming. Books will be published on an app in the USA.  The budget is around 500usd per book (not negotiable at the moment). Own recording rig and basic editing needed. Please leave the sound samples unprocessed, thank you.

  • "Hot, so hot! The heat in her body steadily stroked the girls’, young and tender nerves, and her slender legs unconsciously rubbed against each other, as if looking for something. The snow-colored skin, which almost integrated itself with the sheets underneath, gradually changed from pure white to silver gray. She was like a flower blooming slowly and waiting for people to pick it up. "

  • "The old doctor replied, “Yes, Lord.” Then she bowed, backed out, and gently closed the door. Bella saw the man before her eyes in a daze, but she could not see anything clearly. She struggled to shake her head and wake herself up. She tried to see what the man looked like. But a shadow came before her eyes and the man hugged the petite girl. Before she could respond, a strange feeling of pressure penetrated her body, and the tearing pain left her unable to struggle again. Her body was like driftwood that was subject to external invasion. Looking at the pretty sleeping face of the woman in his arms, the man frowned and quickly got out of bed and left the room.-2

thanks for your effort, I'll keep all the auditions in the pool. The first two takes are a bit too dramatic, this is some romantic soap bs, so no need for so much drama, but I liked the last take, it's pretty much there. The objections go in way of having a loud static noise and occasionally additional sounds coming from behind. I hope you can record this in privacy and without this noise. Also when you raise your voice level, the room reverb is a bit too noticeable. For this style shouting is not necessary, but also consider some better positioning or soundproofing your recording position.

Understood, and thank you for the feedback. Dismissing the first two takes, would you like for me to record another few takes using a tone similar to the 3rd take? I will of course remove all background noises by moving my set up to a more soundproof room of my house.

I'm not the one choosing the final cast, I'm merely collecting worthwhile auditions and sending them to the client, so I do believe you would stand a better chance with a more technically correct samplem, since your acting is on spot. Please abstain from using software to remove the noise, it's always audible, try te get rid of it in its source. Thanks for your patience.

I understand. I will upload a more clear, noise free sample tomorrow morning. Thank you for your response and time.
